Dr. Beltre has a free information seminar on bariatric surgery. This seminar is held every month at South Seminole Hospital in near Orlando, FL, at 7pm. Please refer to the list of scheduled meetings for 2008.
During the seminar Dr. Beltre gives a complete presentation on the advantages and disadvantages of each bariatric procedures, including the gastric bypass, the Lap Band, and the sleeve gastrectomy. Potential bariatric patients can ask questions and learn about a particular procedure in a relaxed environment.
Have you had bariatric surgery and are looking for a support meeting? Dr. Beltre also has a monthly support meeting held at South Seminole Hospital in Long Wood. At these meetings you can meet other bariatric patients and ask particular questions about rate of weight loss, diet, abdominal symptoms etc. Please refer to the list of scheduled meetings.
